9. Account Closure and Termination

You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after verification and settlement of any pending wagers or obligations. Closure requests are typically processed within seven (7) business days.

9.2 5mwb-Initiated Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, suspicious activity, breach of applicable laws, or for operational reasons. In cases of termination for cause, we may withhold funds pending investigation. For termination without cause, any remaining balance will be returned to you.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered inactive. Inactive accounts may be subject to monthly maintenance fees as specified in our fee schedule. If your account remains inactive for twenty-four (24) months, it may be permanently closed, and remaining funds may be forfeited or transferred to relevant gaming authorities as required by law.
